Bringing Baby Home Gottman Parents Workshop

The journey into parenthood is beautiful—but it can also be one of life’s most challenging transitions. The perinatal period, spanning pregnancy through your baby’s first year, brings profound physical, emotional, and relational changes. Using evidence-based practices, each session will help you strengthen emotional bonds, improve communication, and build a resilient, supportive partnership that thrives through the perinatal period and beyond.

With a hybrid format, a blend of virtual and in-person meetings, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of online access alongside the meaningful connections that come from face-to-face group support.

Well-Mamas: Self-Care Series

The focus of our wellness support group is encouraging real and sustainable self-care practices to support the many roles we experience. We offer a warm and inviting space to share stories where group leaders provide immediate emotional support to navigate real experiences.

Our support group is semi-structured, meaning we present weekly topics that address motherhood experiences while also holding space for the personal needs of group members.

These support group meetings will be held weekly for 1 hour over a series of 4 total meetings. Our hope is that mamas will begin and end a group series with each other encouraging and fostering lasting relationships. Weekly topics address experiences that can be influenced by popular culture, society, technology, partner relationships, careers, baby/child development, and parenting.

While we cannot ensure the practice of confidentiality in support group participants, we ask that each participant embrace the concept of confidentiality by choosing to refrain from sharing and disclosing personal and private information outside of the support group.
