IN-NETWORK Coverage
We are in-network with the following health insurance plans:
Aetna, Blue Shield of California & Blue Shield Promise Medi-Cal, Cigna/Evernorth, Health Net/MHN Medi-cal Plans, Magellan Health, Sharp Health Plan, and United HealthCare/Optum.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits? And with which insurance carrier?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session? What is my co-payment?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Have another Insurance?
Did you know that if you have a PPO insurance plan, you may be able to be reimbursed for out-of-pocket costs for counseling. Additionally, if you have a Flexible Spending or Health Savings Account, counseling is an approved expense.
Out of Network Coverage:
We understand that most individuals plan on using their insurance to cover therapy; however, not all health insurances have opened their credentialing panels.
In the meantime, we can support you in obtaining Out-Of-Network coverage by providing a “Superbill” so that you can request reimbursement from your insurance company. Additionally, therapy is a covered service for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and we are happy to provide you with the documentation for these services.
