As our San Diego practice is quickly growing, we are excited to hire more clinicians to support families during such a special time in their lives. Our practice specializes in working with individuals, couples and families in the peripartum stages of life supporting them with the adjustments and challenges of the journey.

Licensed Mental Health Clinicians
ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS (In-office positions only)
This position requires the applicant to be fully licensed in the State of California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. Candidates must have a special interest in perinatal mental health and the ability to work 20-32+ clinical hours per week. Candidates would be W-2 employees. The compensation rate is dependent on experience and ranges from $40 - $50 per clinical hour and $18.00 per administrative hour which are to be paid out twice a month.
Associate Mental Health Clinicians
NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS (In-office positions only)
This position requires applicants to be registered associates (AMFT, ASW, APCC) in the State of California. All associate clinicians receive paid supervision from a licensed clinician while working at Well-Mamas. Candidates need the ability to work 20-32+ clinical hours per week. We offer an opportunity to receive specialized training in perinatal mental health. Candidates would be W-2 employees. The compensation rate is based on experience and ranges from $32-$37 per clinical hour and $18.00 per administrative hour which are to be paid out twice a month.
Licensed Clinical Supervisors & Clinical Lead
APPLICATIONS CLOSED (Full-time/Part-Time & In-office positions)
The Clinical Lead would carry a caseload of 15-18 clients per week and in addition to supporting licensed and associate clinicians in their clinical onboarding and maintenance of clinical standards. This position requires the applicant to be fully licensed in the State of California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC for a minimum of (2) two years. We are looking to hire a Clinical Lead who is able to work on site at least 3 days/week and work 32 hours per week). Candidates would be W-2 employees.
Assistant Practice Manager

The Assistant Office Manager is responsible for assisting the administrative team with the operations of the practice. The main duties include supporting the onboarding of new clients, assisting the operations of the office through administrative tasks, and supporting the acquisition of new clients. The Assistant Practice Manager reports to the Owners/Operations Director. This is a W-2, part-time (20-25 hours weekly), non-exempt position. The compensation rate is dependent on experience and ranges from $22-25 per hour.
