As our San Diego practice is quickly growing, we are excited to hire more clinicians to support families during such a special time in their lives. Our practice specializes in working with individuals, couples and families in the peripartum stages of life supporting them with the adjustments and challenges of the journey.

Licensed Mental Health Clinicians
Closed APPLICATIONS (In-office & Hybrid positions)
This position requires the applicant to be fully licensed in the State of California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. Candidates must have a special interest in perinatal mental health and the ability to work 32+ clinical hours per week. Candidates would be W-2 employees. The compensation rate is dependent on experience and ranges from $40 - $50 per clinical hour and $18.00 per administrative hour, which are to be paid out twice a month.
Associate Mental Health Clinicians
OPEN APPLICATIONS (In-office positions only)
This position requires applicants to be registered associates (AMFT, ASW, APCC) in the State of California. All associate clinicians receive paid supervision from a licensed clinician while working at Well-Mamas. Candidates must be available to work part-time and complete 20 client-contact hours per week. We offer an opportunity to receive specialized training in perinatal mental health. Candidates would be W-2 employees. The compensation rate is based on experience and ranges from $35-$37 per clinical hour and $18.00 per administrative hour, which are to be paid out twice a month.
Licensed Clinical Supervisors
APPLICATIONS OPEN (Full-time & Hybrid positions)
The full-time Clinical Supervisor would carry a caseload of 15-18 clients per week, in addition to supporting associate clinicians in their clinical onboarding and maintenance of clinical standards. This position requires the applicant to be fully licensed in the State of California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC for a minimum of 2 (two) years. Candidates would be W-2 employees.
