What’s your favorite book or podcast?

“Giggly Squad is my go-to podcast when I need a laugh.”

What’s your ideal weekend look like?

“I could go one of two ways, either a day spent with friends and family outside, eating good food or by myself on my couch watching TV, eating good food, either way, good food is a must!”

How would you best describe the process of therapy?

“Think of therapy as a dedicated hour in your week where the outside world goes quiet, and the focus shifts entirely to you. At its core, the process of therapy is a collaborative partnership designed to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. It provides a dedicated, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment. Ultimately, therapy is an investment in your mental health that empowers you to move through the world with more clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.”
