Why did you decide to be a therapist?

“My decision to become a therapist grew from a deep appreciation for the power of feeling truly heard and understood. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can explore their experiences and emotions without judgment. In therapy, I aim to create that space while working collaboratively with clients to better understand their stories and support meaningful change.”

How would you best describe the process of therapy?

“I view therapy as a collaborative process of discovery. While therapeutic models can offer guidance, each person’s experience in therapy unfolds in its own way. Together, we make sense of challenges, explore patterns, and identify new possibilities for growth and healing."
